We can do that through the afternoon clubs that targets a
specific company’s need and have them take a test that the
organization ask for to be able to work there? In doing so we might be
able to eliminated or shorten the multi-phased process we spoke about
earlier.

Companies do not hire students because there education it so
general, yet we have the opportunity to give students the general
(academic) education and the specific technology such as Cisco
training. This makes us unique in this situation, yet we can take this
further by creating a whole special program for a specific company
that might have a Microsoft server tied to a Cisco routers and some
citric servers. We can
make sure that students can learn this though the
afternoon clubs though creating labs that simulate a particular
organization’s specific environments. By doing so the graduating
student/new intern or employee can hit the ground running sort of
speak, thereby eliminating cost overrun through efficient operations.
