Creating a multi-phased internships (Involving student services)

Examples would be where ABC company is interested in hiring one of our a student. In phase one = 30 day non-pay. In phase two (after a positive review in phase one) = 60 days further at half pay. In phase three (after a positive review in phase two) = convert into a regular employee.
